Our Order Fulfilment Policy

Delivery Timeline,

1) In-stock Variant:

Shipped within 2–3 working days, or as specified based on your selected delivery or pickup option after local assembly in Singapore (applicable to custom-built batteries with customized size, shape, and BMS).

2) Out-of-stock items:

Items will be automatically placed on backorder, with restocking completed within 14 working days. In the event that battery cells, BMS, or chargers are out of stock, orders will be queued and fulfilled once stock becomes available.

When selecting a charger, ensure compatibility by choosing the correct charger connector:

Charging Capacity Recommendation

Follow this rule of thumb for optimal charging:

Every 5Ah battery capacity = 1A charging current

Example:

30Ah battery: Recommend a charger with up to 6A output.

20Ah battery: Recommend a charger with up to 4A output.
